Historically low unemployment levels, a reluctance of candidates to change jobs, new and emerging job categories, along with the localisation of production, will intensify skill shortages and the search for qualified employees. For these reasons, employers need to be prepared to pay top salaries for top candidates, offer increases to their employees who are most impacted by inflation while developing upcoming employees.The study found that executives and senior managers, especially in the banking and financial services sector, command the top salaries.
