Assistante RH / Gestion de Paie 60-80%

Vous jouerez un rôle central dans l'administration RH, en assurant la précision des données et en contribuant à des projets d'amélioration continue.

Nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) de Projets SIRH expérimenté(e) et spécialisé(e) dans SuccessFactors pour accompagner le développement et l'optimisation des outils RH. Votre expertise dans l'un des modules suivants sera essentielle pour réussir dans ce rôle : Employee Central (EC), Compensation (COMP), et Onboarding.

En tant que HR Business Partner, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien aux manager et dans la gestion complète du cycle de vie des collaborateurs.
