For an international company based in Nyon, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle locally while supporting payroll coordination across multiple countries. This role is ideal for an HR professional comfortable operating in an international setting, combining operational excellence with cross-border collaboration.

This role is positioned as a strategic HR partnering position, acting as a bridge between HR, the business, IT, and external vendors across multiple geographies.

Il s'agit d'une mission temporaire.
La fonction couvre un périmètre important et joue un rôle clé.

En tant que Spécialiste Salaires et Assurances Sociales vous assurez la gestion complète des salaires, des assurances sociales et des tâches administratives RH, tout en garantissant la conformité avec la législation suisse.

Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un(e) Gestionnaire de salaires expérimenté(e) pour une mission temporaire d'environ 4 mois, avec un démarrage immédiat.
Vous rejoindrez une structure dynamique et gérez un volume important de collaborateurs dans un contexte exigeant et en évolution.

The Payroll Expert is responsible for the accurate and compliant payroll and personnel administration for approximately 1000 employees across multiple Swiss locations. The role combines hands-on payroll expertise, coordination of a local payroll team, and active contribution to process and system optimization.
